He is fluent in Turkmen, Turkish, Russian, and English, and proficient in Uzbek and Azerbaijani. Murat is an active community volunteer with local organizations and schools. He holds FEMA ICS-100 and Mass Dispensing certifications from the University of Minnesota as part of Minneapolis Cultural Services Unit (CSU).
